Now: ADHD Task Starter

关于产品

Now is a task starter for anyone who finds starting hard. Type or dictate everything on your mind into one Brain Dump box and Now splits it into tasks. Your daily plan holds up to three. Each task shows one concrete first step and a big start button. Stuck? Say what's in the way, like too big or low energy, and get one practical next move. Then start a calm two-minute timer. The task starter, Stuck button, Brain Dump and focus timers are free, no account. Not medical treatment.
