BAS — Baseline Agent System

关于产品

Anchor on System, Not on Luck. BAS is a system you can return to — not another reset. 4 Principles: Consistency — Same template every day Reversibility — Every change can roll back RETUNABILITY — Return to baseline + Retune 1 point + Re-enter Zero Reset — Never start from zero 3 Layers: Personal → Team → Org 7-Day Test: Score 1-5 daily, improve 10% weekly RETUNABILITY = RETURNABILITY + TUNABILITY Proof: 5x cannot stat → 0 Reset → 5 Commits Success. Fixed by 1 line: git config --global
