Pochuto is a review funnel for local businesses and chains. A customer scans a QR code or opens a link and rates their visit. High ratings go straight to your Google Maps review page (with a workaround for in-app browsers), while low ratings first open a private feedback form so the complaint reaches the owner in Telegram before it becomes public. The Google link always stays visible, so nothing is hidden from the customer.
