It grades every endpoint in the x402 Bazaar from monitoring every 30 minutes and real paid tests, then answers allow or deny before each payment, with the reasons: a wrong price, a changed payout wallet, a failing endpoint. Free checks with no account, an MCP server for Claude and Cursor, and an npm package. Teams get scoped agent keys, spend limits, signed receipts and an audit trail. Payments on Base and Solana.
