About this product

An iPhone screen-time app that pauses instead of locking you out. Set a daily allowance; when it runs out the app opens on a short pause showing the plan you wrote, and the confirm step grows a few seconds each time. A trusted person can freeze your plan (Friend Freeze). Everything is computed on-device via Screen Time; foreground time only, no account, no ads, no analytics. iOS 17+. Free to start; Pro adds Friend Freeze and unlimited focus sessions.
