Decision Tree Builder

About this product

A tool for comparing options and making decisions you can explain. Build a tree of choices, add costs, pros and cons, flag blockers and track which goals each path covers. It runs entirely in your browser from a single HTML file: nothing to install and no data leaves your computer. Save and share your work as an Excel file.
