Agent Standup turns the Claude Code, Codex, Mistral Vibe and Cowork sessions on your computer into a live video call. The lead hands out work; sub-agents join, talk and share their screen: task list, test runs, diffs, the browser they drive, live command output. See at a glance who is working, stuck or waiting for you, and which agent spends the tokens. It only reads local session files: no extra tokens, nothing sent. Free, MIT, in VS Code, any terminal or as a desktop app.
