ShortlistKit

About this product

Every "AI screening" tool I saw rejected candidates with zero explanation — I watched it happen at my father's staffing office. ShortlistKit is the opposite: every score quotes the exact CV line that earned it. No quote, no credit. Candidates are anonymized before AI ever sees them, and AI can never auto-reject — a human confirms every rejection. Bring your own AI key, pay your provider, zero markup. Free forever; the founder approves every workspace personally.
