Upfit is an iPhone app that watches you through the front camera during a bodyweight workout at home. Stand the phone on the floor, step back, and it counts your reps out loud and tells you what to fix while you move, like "sit deeper into the squat". A rep that falls short isn’t counted. No equipment, no wearable. Pose tracking runs on the phone and camera video is never recorded or uploaded. Free to download with 3 days of full access, no card needed.
