Wasla

About this product

Your customers message you on WhatsApp, Instagram, and Messenger. Wasla puts every chat in one inbox your team can actually work from. Search it in plain words (“the guy asking about bulk pricing last week”), or just ask it questions and get answers. Assign chats to teammates, track them on a shared board from new to resolved, and see a full log of who replied, when, and what changed. No more “did anyone answer this?”
