Wireway is a native Mac app (SwiftUI on a Kotlin/Native engine, no Electron, no JVM) that decrypts HTTPS and shows which app sent every request, from Android over adb, the iOS Simulator and your Mac. It handles HTTP/2, gRPC, Protobuf, WebSockets and MessagePack, and loads yourproto files so gRPC bodies show real field names.
